Forest School

Forest School allows children to follow their interests and manage their own risk-taking, both of which are important to building self esteem. We also educate the children through structured learning opportunities that may include lighting and cooking on a fire, climbing trees, hunting for mini beasts and using ‘adult’ tools.

The activities run throughout the year to support children’s learning about the seasons and the environment, working in partnership with Epsom and Ewell Borough Council to use areas within Horton Country Park.
